Spider-Man [Peter Parker], Punisher [Frank Castle], Aunt May Parker, Robbie Robertson, J. Jonah Jameson, Marla Madison, Barney Bushkin, April Maye, Mary Jane Watson, Lorenzo Jacobi, The Mob.
Punisher informs Spider-Man that he intends to kill the drug dealer Lorenzo Jacobi, and Spider-Man tries to talk him out of using lethal force. J. Jonah Jameson has had a nervous breakdown. Going to the Daily Globe, Peter is assigned to cover Lorenzo Jacobi's trial. Elsewhere, the Punisher prepares his hit on Jacobi, for revenge against a friend that died at his hands. Returning home, Peter is shocked to find the Punisher there waiting for him demanding to know his connection to Jacobi.
