Having reluctantly agreed to accompany Diana and her mother on a cruise, the Phantom is soon distracted by the presence of Alvar, the mysterious owner of the ZOZ Company and a smuggler with strong links to corrupted local dignitaries on one of the islands on the ship’s route.
The Phantom and Diana are determined to stop Alvar's racket, but are soon forced to fight for their lives when the Phantom is shot and seriously wounded in the back during a cruel chase in a forest involving vicious dogs. The Phantom must summon all of his superhuman strength to follow Alvar to his secret lair.
