A serial killer is targeting New York City taxi drivers, but the murders attract little attention because the victims are ordinary working people. Determined to stop the killings, Frank Castle (the Punisher) has Microchip outfit an armored taxicab so he can work undercover as a cab driver and lure the murderer into striking. After several tense encounters with passengers, the killer finally attacks Frank's cab. The Punisher survives the ambush, uncovers the killer's identity, and brings the deadly spree to an end.
