A few miles outside the coast of Bengali lies the worthless and barren Isle of Dogs, unclaimed by anybody. However, a deadly electric fence is suddenly erected around the island and a group of Llongo warriors are met with fatal artillery fire on approach. The Phantom follows a number of clues and indicators that culminate in a covert landing on the island and an unsettling discovery. |
