Donald works as a street sweeper at the rocket test site under General Bragg, where 10 rockets in a row have exploded on launch. Donald believes it is sabotage; the only employee at the site he does not suspect is Professor Pomp, who is conducting experiments with bugs. The nephews search his laboratory and find that his bugs are artificial and highly explosive. Pomp overpowers the Ducks and takes Donald, bound and gagged in a space suit, aboard the next rocket; but Donald has developed enormous muscles from sweeping up rocket debris and manages to free himself.
