An international problem is brewing in Buzanta, a mountain kingdom neighbouring Bangalla. An increasing number of fugitives on the run from the authorities keep pouring into the kingdom and the lavish lifestyle it offers its guests. Unable to intervene directly, President Luaga asks his special emissary "Mr. Walker" to infiltrate the organisation that is running the airlift and confront the ruler of Buzanta.
