Moon Knight [Marc Spector, Steven Grant, Jake Lockley], Frenchie, Gena Landers, Bertrand Crawley, Reno Eddie, Samuels, Marlene Alraune, Jeremiah, Skid-Row Slasher [Jimmy Crawley], Ray Landers, Ricky Landers.
The victims of the Slasher are derelicts and bums. Crawley is three months behind on the rent and is thrown out of his shabby apartment. The same night he is slashed but survives. Crawley and waitress Gena Landers finally see Steven Grants luxurious mansion. Moon Knight enlists the aid of Crawley to capture the Skid-Row Slasher. In court Crawley surprisingly denies everything because the Slasher is his son, out to revenge his now dead mother.
