King Kull, Bollag Zajak, wizard Bismuth.
A rich merchant, who had benefited from a tax exemption from the previous king, is upset to have to pay all that he owes to the state. He thinks he’s found a loophole. He therefore hires a wizard who causes the merchant’s house to sprout wings and start hovering above the Valusian soil. Celebrating his success the wizard accepts a few cups of wine and, drunk, causes the house to fall down.
