21. Fantomet, Guran, Rex King, Tom-Tom, president Lamanda Luaga, pater Morra, Jungelbanden [Whaley, Jim, Brad], Lon Luaga, Lila Luaga. President Luaga's brother Father Morra runs a jungle home for kids serving both as an orphanage and a school. But the idyll is shattered when deserters from a war in a neighbouring country cross the border and target the jungle home for food and supplies. Unable to intervene because the jungle home lies outside his jurisdiction, President Luaga asks his son Lon and daughter-in-law Lila to seek instant help from the Phantom, but the latter is still on his way home from the States and time is running out fast.
