A meteor strike uncovers a pre-cataclysm vault. Inside scientist come across a container with an organic plasma- gel. It escapes to a small nearby pond. They isolate the area to keep animals from drinking the water. A speedy evolution is taking place. One night Tenrec tries to stop the process, but the scientist stop him. He is sent home and Hannah goes with him.
