At a routine docking operation at an orbiting weather station, Flash witnesses a freak accident short-circuiting the whole satellite and throwing the Earth’s weather systems into absolute chaos. With Earth suffering devastating consequences unless the station is repaired swiftly, Flash agrees to pilot a craft to the planet’s unstable surface and obtain the spare parts needed for the task, but both natural and certain human elements have other plans among them Skorpi agents.
