Old Man Moz tells a story about the ancient city of Pheenix, a legendary place destroyed and cursed by the Gods. The legend also says that the kingdom will be reborn for one night if a "Phantom" comet appears in the sky and a certain "stranger" visits Pheenix’s ruins. As he falls exhausted to the ground in the palace ruins during a tiger hunt the next day, the Phantom suddenly sees the unusual comet in the sky. The time has come for the coveted "stranger" to release the curse by successfully partaking in the final test.
