Spider-Man, Barney Bushkin, Vulture, Black Alfred, Malachai Toomes.
Chained to a coffin by Malachi Toomes and his uncle the Vulture, Spider-Man is on a conveyor belt into a cremation machine. While the Vulture and Malachi fight with Black Alfred, Spidey manages to break loose. Malachi, the Vulture, and Black Alfred have taken their fight to the back alleys. There Malachi is shot dead by Black Alfred. Spider-Man gets in the middle, and the Vulture ends up fleeing when the police show up.
