Diana's cousin Don has been arrested for smuggling drugs on a cruise ship and is facing the death penalty in Bangalla. But it transpires that Don is working for a US drug squad and has apparently been set up by his targets during an investigative mission on the ship. With Don's cover blown, the Phantom offers to take over the mission to find out who is responsible for a string of drug smuggling offences on the ship. With the restive gang being very suspicious of the newcomer and its leader still cloaked in secrecy, the Phantom must act fast before the ship reaches Ivory-Lana harbor.
