The Punisher is in prison and runs up against Jigsaw. Punisher takes place in a prison break-out but prevents the criminals from escaping. The warden, who is a member of The Trust, promises to free the Punisher if he will fight for them. The Punisher is sprung from Rykers prison by the Trust, a citizens organization whose purpose is to make America great by brainwashing criminals and making them part of their "Punishment Squad".
