Night comes and Spider-Man decides to take on the Kingpin himself but Black Cat has the same plan in mind. As Spider-Man fights the Spot, the Black Cat confronts the Kingpin and learns the secret behind her powers -namely that her bad luck powers not only affect her opponents, but Spider-Man as well.
