Spider-Man, Debra Whitman, Nathan Lubensky, Aunt May, Mysterio, "Aliens" from AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #2, The Smuggler.
Peter struggles with coming to terms over Aunt May's new fiance. Their dinner is interrupted crashed when the waiters turn out to be aliens, and not just any aliens -- the very aliens who Spider-Man fought in one of his earliest adventures. They have come to capture May Parker to learn what happened to the loot of Dutch Malone. They are all rounded up into the aliens ship where they are gassed, however Peter manages to shake off the effects of the gas and is shocked to see that the whole ordeal has been orchestrated by his old foe Mysterio.
