While carrying out his duties as the city dogcatcher, Donald interrupts a live television broadcast, holds up a fire engine on its way to an emergency, and disrupts a dog race. When he also captures the pack of hounds and the fox during a fox hunt, thereby personally antagonizing the mayor, his only option is to flee to Timbuktu.
