The Junior Woodchucks, energized by the miracle powder "Herbal Power" [Vitamin Zee], want to go ice skating on Crystal Lake, but discover that the ice has turned into a sticky mess. The cause is the wastewater from a factory owned by Scrooge McDuck. They manage to shut down the factory—which, as it turns out, is the very place where the miracle powder "Herbal Power" was produced. |
