Daredevil confirms that a shipment of adamantium has been stolen from Pittsburgh and is being smuggled into New York - to Glenn Industries. Heather finds out that her company is doing business with Doc Ock, and Daredevil has to come to her rescue when she is captured. Daredevil makes his way to the New Jersey wharf where he discovers Dr. Octopus. His arrangement with Tubbs involves using their resources to create a set of adamantium arms. The Widow realizes DD is still in love with Heather and that her relationship with Matt is through, and leaves New York. She returns to Russia.
