Seeing some friends off at the port a cat jumps into Narda’s car. She reports the cat to the police and the animal protective society, and they tell her to keep the cat untill they hear from the owner. Then many eyewitnesses at the S.S. Div. telling about cats following a pied piper, a "cat women" - the Queen of the cats.
